Minimum Job Requirements

The caregiver must:

●        Be 18 years of age or older;

●        Be able to communicate both orally and in writing to sufficiently perform their tasks and duties and interact effectively with clients and agency staff;

●        Be able to pass all screening tests, including but not limited to criminal records and LEIE checks;

●        Have proof of the ability to work legally in the U.S.A.; and

●        Be able to successfully complete caregiver and medication training or have proof of current certification by the Oregon State Board of Nursing as a nursing assistant or medication aide in good standing.
